Constructed with precision and attention to detail, the Zip Lamp features a central LED light with adjustable brightness. The base is made of laser-cut steel parts, powder-coated for durability. The cylindrical part is crafted from laser-cut Plexiglas, with the zippers meticulously attached to create the distinctive pattern.

With a diameter of 150mm and a height of 500mm, the Zip Lamp is a statement piece that adds a touch of modernity to any interior. Its unique design and use of materials make it a standout feature in both residential and commercial spaces.

The Zip Lamp project began in November 2017 in Sofia, Bulgaria, and was completed in January 2018 at Restaurant Kochzimmer in Potsdam, Germany. Throughout the design process, the team faced challenges in achieving the perfect tension between the zippers and ensuring they harmonized with the cylindrical part and other components of the lighting unit.

The Zip Lamp has garnered recognition for its innovative design. In 2019, it was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Lighting Products and Fixtures category.
